I would go for a 2wd BOARD WITH "brushless OUTRUNNER MOTORS". I DONT THINK A

1WD "BRUSHLESS INNER RUNNER MOTOR" BOARD IS POWERFULL ENOUGH

Did you finished your projekt and did you test this controller, shown in the image.

Is it suitable to start the board slowly an soft enough?

Did you programm it under windows?

 

I am locking for the right controller to go with two brushless sensorless motors 270kV.

We only have Internal Hall censor motors system it is the best solution the other is to hard to realise.

Our system is also programmable by usb and of course soft start and brakes are progressive.

I think nearly all manufactures using similar system with the outrunner motor.

We can offer you a kit below pcb 150 amp, either 50 mm or 63 mm motor options and battery box with 12 ah or 16 ah battery, and remote control.

You may find someone that can supply you outer hall sensor but I think you may be better selling those motors as they are easy to resell.

Our system is just plug and play easy to fit.

What are you building ?

Scramboards only use cylinder shape lithium cells in there battery packs. Which have a longer life and up to 1500 times charging and discharging.

The scramboard battery is more stable and will reduce failure.

We are also currently testing our kits with the larger 63 mm Motor so if you prefer a 63 mm motor kit rather than 50 mm it can be negotiated. We buy our motors from the same factory as Alien workshop and are excellent quality with Japanese bearings.

Excuse the poor video but our engineers not a pro rider or editor :arf: we will eventually be getting some pro riders at a skate park and hill riding.

Please note this test was carried out with flat rear tyres that's why they are wobbling. The motors while riding are whisper quite under load. We will upload test rides soon including standing dead starts and hill climbs.

The silver motor cable screws that attach the cable clamps will also be painted black to match the colour scheme.

I checked with our engineer and we are using sine wave control integrated plate controller

no motor hall. I am not in charge of electronics so sorry my mistake mixing them up. As soon as we are ready to release videos we will, as for our site everything is on there including the site is in development stage.

Our electric motors use square wave controllers they work well giving allot of power don't judge before you try.

Its also critical to use motor protection covers to stop motor damage from dust, sand and debris which you cannot fit with hall sensors.

ps that gold motor is not our motor I just showed a web picture to show how these types of motors are open to the elements.

As well as Scramboard been made from top shelf quality branded parts with literally tens of different spec options we will be fitting Mud and Sand protection covers to our gear assembly and Outrunner motors. This means you will be able to drive in all conditions on the beach , grass, mud. Our ethos is the go anywhere do anything boards without the restrictions of current 1WD off road electric skateboards.

The advantages of using Outrunner brushless motors over standard brushless motors are big, outrunners are much smaller, lighter and crucially have more torque so they are particular suitable for E MTB Boards. The disadvantage is they have open bodies that could easily get dirt and sand in them so they need protecting.

All our boards will have a plastic motor gear cover and the OutRunner brushless motor we use will be covered by a custom made perforated stainless protection cover. These motor cover will allow lots of air in but keep nastiest out like sand and dirt. :cornut:

We will have in stock in 15 days Motor Brackets to fit the Trampa spring trucks 12mm they also may fit other brands of spring trucks with 12mm Axels.
