  1. Hi Dave

    Thanks for the welcome :)

Yeah my heart is set on the ES-600 big time ;) thank you so much for the info, real life experience is worth it's weight In gold so I really appreciate it man :)

Could I ask you a couple questions about the es?? I heard it beeps when you got about 1 1/2 km's left In the battery, if that's true it's bloody genius!! ;)

And also does it free wheel with out throttle?? My xerotech eboard glides for about 5 seconds when you kill the power, it's more grinding than rolling ;) lol

You've made me paranoid about getting the latest board out now lol, any distinctively different features so I know I've gotten the latest generation?? Il send Andrew a message about that too, he seems like an absolute legend.

Mate thank you so much for your help, £600 is alot of money to me, I'n fact, last year when I needed to replace my motorbike I picked up a pretty nice Suzuki Bandit 1200, for £650!!!!

My brain is telling me "your f@!?ing crazy!!" but my heart is screaming "ride motherf&@£?er ride!!!" lmao, I just love my xero board so much that I know the ES is going to rock my world

I nearly bought it last week but im glad I didn't pay right Now, had to insure my bike and I got seriously stung :( it's okay Iv got a credit card on the way to pay for it ;) Haahaaa :)

    Thanks again man

Speak to u soon hopefully :)

    Tom

  2. Hi Guys

    I'm Tom, from London uk.

I'm very new to electro skateboarding (3 weeks?) and I'm completely addicted!!

Started with a broken 150w board, repaired it, loved it!! Overdrove it at 36v, loved it more ;). Then I got a electroskate hornet 250w, awesome board!! Need more power!!

Then I bought a xerotech 600w eboard, she is my baby at the mo :)

All of this In 3 weeks!

    So!

Iv decided, I obviously love the hell outta this sport so I'm gonna take the plunge and spend £600 (more than half my months wage!!) on a real nice board.

This is where I hope some of you veterans can help!!

With my limited knowledge the best fit for me seems to be the Elektro skate lithium es-sport,

It's light, has massive range, seems pretty damn quick and is about the right size.

The competition would be the eightball cruiser2 lithium

Could anyone who has actually seen or dealt with these boards tell me which one is the winner??

To be honest I'm pretty set on buying the es-600, partly because the Andrew guy who sells them seems to be an absolute legend!! but I just found this site and thought I should come and ask the pro's what to do ;)

If anyone knows a better board or if there's anything I should be aware of between the boards please please let me know, I would owe you a million!!

If not then the es-600 it will be!

Hope to make some friends round here that can launch me outta newbness!! ;)

Thanks In advance to anyone who helps me out, I look forward to speaking to you :)

    Take it easy dudes!!!

    Tom
