From these photos I can see the inner hole that seats the bearing is round and you can see on the video the outer wheel shape goes round when running with weight on it. Must run on the 3 PU wave shaped so less resistance

we have been working on our new mountain board it will be available with 4wd ! and 2wd drive, we have moved the battery pack to the top of the deck and the motors switched 180 degree's. We also have these perforated motor covers, so the board can be ridden in sand and dirt. :peace: more details coming soon.

Hi Beny, We are responsible for sourcing of parts for wheel parts etc we have many agents for this who supply us and then tell us where they are from. These are the best wheels available at the mo for the 600 watt, yes any problems relating to parts I have to deal with direct to solve of course. :peace:

The aim of Elektroskate is to supply boards we we think give the max amount of enjoyment to customers , we could sell other types that would gain us 100% MORE profit margin but we choose not to. Sorry you feel that way, not trying to offend. I didn't realize we weren't allowed to have an opinion on the forum.

 

I found the pictures interesting as I like design, and I like to see how things work. I have never once in this thread said anything bad about your board or even mentioned your Company. Just tech talk and getting to know someone else on here who also has a passion to customise boards their own way.

it is 1 steel rod that goes all the way through the trucks to both wheels. Everyone has to promote your own boards but facts only.

For the record the ES control system has been in development for 5 years and has massively changed in this period and been perfected and lithium battery technology has massively improved year on year.

It weighs around 2 kg more than the standard 600 due to the larger motor and bigger battery box to fit the 15 ah battery in it. Its not a board for crusing or you might as well go with the normal 600 or a lighter board but if its adrenlin rush/ speed you want for a race track etc it will do the job- if you can handle it. :peace::peace:

Is the battery box bigger than before, and do the board look same like before ? no same one

the motor is diifferent now 900 watt and control box to match the extra current draw of this motor.

Hi Jeff, Yea no worries. Iam on my lunch so have taken a couple of photos must be getting late downunder ! . We have 2 different types of wheels. A rubber wheel they come in black they are really soft but have excellent vibration damping qualities as the roads/ pavements are rough in the UK downside is they wear out alot faster though than the PU wheels.

The other type is Abec 11 they are manufactured in the Abec 11 factory in china especially for our boards the compound is exactly the same.

Sizes are 93 mm for the 500 watt board.

105 mm for the 600 watt board.

As you say Abec are really good quality they have virtual no road resistance but still gummy.

Hey to be fair Evolve skateboards, I don't think it is a good idea to come on a forum as a manufacturer and start saying untruths/non facts about other skateboard manufacturers on their actual page as well! If Dave wants to upload a review of the 500 watt please go ahead. We have not replaced a control box in a 500 watt ever since the Mark 3 boxes were introduced 12 months ago. The range is around 30km, weight 8kg, top speed 20mph and very smooth to ride. Regarding China all parts are manufactured in china for all E skateboards on this site including Evolve your motor, control box, battery Thank you Andrew Elektroskate Boards. :peace::peace:

PS Evolveskateboards your decks and trucks you have designed do look awesome we have just finished designing a Mountain board that we will be launching next year.

Hi, yes this motor has the most powerful of all permanent magnets on the rotor that we have tested, thats why the cog is very hard to turn with your hand ! I don't know if you tried that before you fitted it! im sure your friends will be green with ENVY when they see it. :D:D
